Our shipping service operates throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure your order reaches you safely and quickly, we partner only with trusted courier services.

Shipping Timelines

• Within India: 3-5 working days
• International: 5-10 working days (depending on the destination)

While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen delays beyond our control may occasionally occur. If that happens, we will keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping Charges

• Domestic Orders (India): Free shipping on all items.
• International Orders: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

All international shipments are sent as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning no import duties will be charged to you. In the unlikely event that duties are applied, we recommend paying the amount, and we will issue you a store credit for the duty paid.

Packaging Preferences

We typically combine multiple items from a single order into one box to ensure safe delivery. If you prefer individual packaging for each product, additional charges may apply.

Remote Area Surcharge

For certain remote locations in India, courier partners may apply a remote area surcharge. We will notify you about any such surcharge before completing your purchase.
